Refund policy

When your order is delivered, if items arrive defective or damaged, all items must be returned for refunds to be considered. Contact customer support by email or use our contact us form to help resolve any issues with your order. You can find our contacts listed below.

All sales become final after 15 days. All returns (except damaged merchandise) will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns of undamaged merchandise.

Wallpaper

• All wallpaper orders are custom-made and ineligible for return.

Damaged wallpaper must be reported within the first 15 days of receiving the product to qualify for a replacement or refund. Please open all packages and inspect your products once the order arrives. 

If damaged wallpaper concerns can not be resolved with a replacement order and a full refund is requested, ALL items must be returned before a refund will be processed. Failure to return all items will result in a rejected refund request. 

For problems regarding your wallpaper, please email info@maatluxe.com and include details of the issue you are experiencing. It is important to include photos for reference. We will respond promptly to address your specific concerns and work with you on a quick resolution.

Our peel-and-stick wallpaper will adhere to mildly textured walls. Please order samples first to determine if our wallpaper will adhere to your surface. Please reach out for clarification or questions. Refunds are considered for damaged or defective products only.

If the item is not returned in its original or specified condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
