This limited warranty applies to our Park Hill Collection furnishings only.

Our limited warranty is subject to modifications from time to time, at our sole discretion and without notice. Our responsibility for defective products
is limited to our choice of repair, or replacement, subject to our receipt of satisfactory proof of the defect, as described more fully below.

Subject to the limitations and exclusions stated below, we guaranty that our Park Hill Collection products designated and labeled for indoor use shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials, so long as these products be put to “ordinary residential use” for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

Subject to the limitations and exclusions stated below, we guaranty that Park Hill Collection products designated and labeled for indoor/outdoor use, wherein said products are not intended for full time outdoor use, and should be used under cover of shade and shelter in outdoor environments, shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials, so long as these products be put to “ordinary residential use,” in the aforementioned conditions of cover, shade and shelter,
for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

Subject to the limitations and exclusions stated below, we guaranty that Park Hill Collection products designated and labeled for outdoor use shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials, so long as these products be put to “ordinary residential use,” for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

Subject to the limitations and exclusions stated below, we guaranty that the cast aluminum frames in any Park Hill Collection Bay Lake product line of outdoor furnishings and decor shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials, so long as these products be put to “ordinary residential use”, for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The powder coat finish on the cast aluminum Bay Lake product line is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original
purchaser.

For purposes of this Warranty, “ordinary residential use” means use in an individual residential dwelling with product maintenance performed in accordance with our instructions and absent misuse, accidents, or negligence. Any maintenance or cleaning performed without observing our instructions will void this Warranty. Any alteration of any product voids any warranty.

Any product not clearly labeled as “Indoor/Outdoor”, “Outdoor” or “Bay Lake Outdoor” on the Park Hill Collection website, price list, hang tags, look books other digital or physical collateral should be considered as deemed exclusively for indoor use.

The following shall not be considered defects covered by Warranty:

Fabrics & Leathers: Any fabric characteristics, such as color variation, graining; minor wear; stretching and wrinkling due to normal use shall not be considered defective and therefore not covered by Warranty.

Wood Products: Wood surfaces have natural grain variations, color variations, pinholes, knots, mineral streaks, and other markings, which are not considered defects, and this warranty specifically does not cover such variations.

Metal Products: Metal surfaces inherently possess and exhibit minor variations in color and texture of material and finish, which are not considered defects, and this warranty specifically does not cover such variations. Damage to frames or welds due to improper assembly, mishandling or the freezing of accumulated water are not covered by this warranty. Stone, Cast Stone, Concrete & Resin: These products inherently possess and exhibit minor variations in color and texture of material and finish, which are not considered defects, and this warranty does not cover such variations.

Paint & Finishes: Please note that the wood, metal, stone, cast stone, concrete, resin and other material finishes and paints can vary (including color, grain, and texture) based on the natural characteristics of the substrate to which they are applied. These variations are not considered defects and this Warranty does not cover such variations. Scratches, chips, abrasions or other damage resulting from use are not covered by this Warranty. Normal fading or stains resulting from spills are not covered by this Warranty.

Excepting the powder coated cast aluminum Bay Lake products outlined above, no other products designated for outdoor use carry a finish warranty. This is because finishes age and oxidize with exposure to weather elements. We do not warrant these outdoor finishes. Stone, Glass & Mirrored Surfaces: Stone surfaces may have natural pits and voids either filled with resin or not, depending on the design of the product. These are not considered defects unless excessive in size. Mirror glass is sometimes hand cut/beveled and will show slight movement/waves in the bevel edge which is not considered a defect.

The following limitations and exclusions apply to this Warranty:

1. The Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, buying from authorized dealers or from us, and is not transferrable.

2. The Warranty shall not apply to products that are rented, or employed for business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses.

3. The Warranty will not apply to products that were, at any time, used as a floor sample or display model.

4. The Warranty shall not apply to any products purchased “as is” or second-hand (including any products purchased at a distress sale or a going-out-of-business sale, purchased from a liquidator, or merchandise obtained from a rental retailer).

5. This limited Warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation (shipping carriers are exclusively liable for damage and defects caused by and during the shipping process); (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance (including staining or discoloration caused by non-manufacturer approved cleaning products or techniques); (e) tampering, alterations and modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; (h) negligence; (i) chipping, denting, scratching, and gouging that occur from handling after shipment of the product; or (j) any other external
causes such as accidents, pet damage, abuse, and/or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Note: Claims for loss or damage due to shipment must be addressed with The Ma'at Luxe Home Customer Care team.
